I purchase these bookends. When my delivery arrived I has received two right sides, not a right and a left side. I contacted Amazon who instructed me to contact the seller which I did, I did not hear anything for over a week so contacted Amazon again to file an A-Z guarantee which was denied. I guess I'm weird but it does not look right to me on my book case when both sides are facing the same way and they are really not conducive to holding up books. I kind of thought that the 39.99 price tag was kind of high but I liked the design and was very excited to get them. I guess I have learned my lesson when an item must be a RIGHT and a LEFT you should hold them in your hands BEFORE you hand someone your hard earned dollar.
